About the role
- Lead and develop the sales team with close, continuous oversight
- Act directly in the operation, supporting negotiations, prioritization, and strategic direction
- Ensure cadence, discipline, and predictability in the sales pipeline
- Monitor key metrics (conversion rate, sales cycle, average deal size, forecast) and act quickly on deviations
- Design and improve commercial processes in collaboration with Sales Ops
- Participate in strategic negotiations with key clients
- Develop the team through feedback, regular rituals, and performance development
- Ensure alignment between marketing, pre-sales, and sales
Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales teams
- Strong hands-on approach (not just strategic)
- Experience managing pipeline and sales forecasts
- Experience with consultative selling
- Ability to develop people and improve team performance
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
