About the role
- Support the TMO in leading organizational and tax transformation projects, focusing on Tax Reform, compliance, and operational efficiency;
- Participate in interviews with business areas (finance, tax, procurement, logistics, e‑commerce, etc.) to map processes and identify impacts;
- Structure and document action plans, timelines, and deliverables following a PMO model (using Jira, Monday, or similar tools);
- Consolidate information and prepare executive reports, presentations, and status updates for committees and senior management;
- Support the preparation of technical and strategic assessments of the Tax Reform impacts (IBS/CBS, Split Payment, tax credits, pricing, etc.);
- Contribute to the standardization of templates, forms, and project checklists;
- Ensure alignment between ROIT areas (Tax, Tech, PMO) and client stakeholders;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support governance of deadlines, risks, and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Law, or related fields;
- Previous experience in transformation projects, consulting, PMO, or change management;
- Good understanding of tax and business processes (experience with Tax Reform is desirable);
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Clear communication skills and executive-level writing;
- Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with intellectual curiosity and a results-oriented focus;
