Accounts Payable/P2P Team Leader
Rohlik GroupP2P/AP Accounting Team Leader managing finance operations across multiple countries in Rohlik Group. Ensuring accuracy in P2P processes and leading a team of accountants.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage daily P2P operations: vendor invoices (COGS & non-COGS), disbursements, and travel & expense claims
- Allocate work within the team, keep deadlines under control, and ensure high-quality outputs
- Lead and support a team of P2P accountants: coaching, training, setting goals, regular check-ins
- Build a positive, high-performance team culture — clear expectations, strong ownership, open communication
- Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and external partners (auditors, vendors)
- Drive process improvements and keep P2P documentation accurate and up to date
- Spot bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions that make the process faster, cleaner and more scalable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in P2P / Accounts Payable (end-to-end)
- Proven experience as a team leader / supervisor, (ideally from a Shared Service Centre / Business Services environment)
- Hands-on attitude — you’re close to the work and understand the details
- Process improvement mindset: you enjoy fixing root causes, not only firefighting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Business-level English is required; Czech or German is a plus
