About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage daily P2P operations: vendor invoices (COGS & non-COGS), disbursements, and travel & expense claims
  • Allocate work within the team, keep deadlines under control, and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Lead and support a team of P2P accountants: coaching, training, setting goals, regular check-ins
  • Build a positive, high-performance team culture — clear expectations, strong ownership, open communication
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and external partners (auditors, vendors)
  • Drive process improvements and keep P2P documentation accurate and up to date
  • Spot bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions that make the process faster, cleaner and more scalable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in P2P / Accounts Payable (end-to-end)
  • Proven experience as a team leader / supervisor, (ideally from a Shared Service Centre / Business Services environment)
  • Hands-on attitude — you’re close to the work and understand the details
  • Process improvement mindset: you enjoy fixing root causes, not only firefighting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Business-level English is required; Czech or German is a plus
