About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processing of Vendor invoices in line with company policies and controls
Processing of T&E
Preparing accruals and other PTP-related journal vouchers
Open items resolution
Assuring the timeliness and quality of the reconciliation process
Handle escalations, complex reconciliations, and non-standard cases.
Participate in the performance management and KPIs setting process
Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the PTP function

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year of accounting experience in a similar role
Demonstrate ability to drive continuous improvement
Advanced English language skills. German, Hungarian or Romanian are an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Availability to start from June
