About the role
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Developers, Data, Product, AI & Engineering roles and other technical functions — from intake briefing to Day 1
- Sourcing is a normal part of your day — the right talent doesn’t just show up
- Be a true recruitment partner to IT/Tech leadership — you’ll have a real voice at the table with the CTO, Engineering & Product Leads
- Ensure every candidate leaves with a great experience — even those we don’t hire
- Build and maintain your own talent pipelines — no sitting and waiting
- Bring ideas — and we’ll make them happen (TA campaigns, content, videos, events…)
- Work with a great ATS (Ashby) and digital tools including AI — making your job faster and smarter
- Use data to understand what slows hiring down — and fix it
- Train hiring managers how to run great interviews (and they’ll actually want your input)
- Collaborate with a TA team across 5 countries → sometimes chaotic, always worth it
- Contribute to Employer Branding — social media, events, videos, internal campaigns…
- And most importantly: every hire you make impacts a real product used daily by thousands of people
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment
- Proven full-cycle recruiting ownership
- Active sourcing mindset — you can engage passive talent
- Strong prioritization and always closing the loop
- You’re not afraid to challenge — even the CTO — when it matters
- You think strategically but stay grounded in people
- Analytical mindset — data supports your actions
- If you don’t know something → you ask, learn, and move on
- You enjoy content creation & employer brand work
- English at a level where you comfortably communicate with candidates and international colleagues
