• Assist the Project Manager with managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the LAX Replacement Fire Station 51 project.
• Focus on schedule certainty, budget delivery and ensure that design and construction work meets quality standards.
• Enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project.
• Assist the project team with the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, and support the team’s risk management and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and design/build team.
