Perform on-site and remote setup of data aggregator systems.
Monitor Solo Boxes remotely to ensure smooth, continuous data streaming.
Coordinate Solo Box logistics: track locations, manage inventory, and order new supplies when needed.
Provide technical support to customers (phone/email) for Solo Box, Solo Feed, and other data exchange products, including availability for evening and weekend calls.
Deliver onsite support and training sessions for clients, both in offices and at wellsites.
Track and document client-reported bugs and feature requests for product improvement.
Assist the marketing team with the promotion of data exchange products.
Update, prepare, and maintain knowledge base documentation for data exchange products.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and in the preparation of technical papers.
Perform other tasks related to the responsibilities above as required.
Requirements
Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
Some knowledge of drilling operations and oilfield terminology.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client visits, training, and conferences.
