About the role
- Full-cycle IT recruitment (from intake to onboarding)
- Hiring Middle / Senior / Lead-level specialists
- International sourcing (EU, US, LATAM, Asia)
- Active headhunting (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and soft skills assessment
- Close partnership with hiring managers
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
- Recruitment analytics and reporting
- Maintaining records of employees contracted via an international legal entity
- Drafting and managing employment and contractor agreements
- Coordinating international contract signing processes
- Monitoring contract terms and renewals
- Collaborating with Legal and Finance departments
- Supporting employees regarding contract updates and documentation
- Updating HR documentation and internal policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Full professional proficiency in Russian
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
- Proven experience with international hiring
- Experience managing B2B / contractor / international agreements
- Understanding of employment vs contractor models
- Experience with ATS and HR systems
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to legal and documentation details
- Based in Argentina
