About the role

  • Full-cycle IT recruitment (from intake to onboarding)
  • Hiring Middle / Senior / Lead-level specialists
  • International sourcing (EU, US, LATAM, Asia)
  • Active headhunting (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Conducting interviews and soft skills assessment
  • Close partnership with hiring managers
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
  • Recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Maintaining records of employees contracted via an international legal entity
  • Drafting and managing employment and contractor agreements
  • Coordinating international contract signing processes
  • Monitoring contract terms and renewals
  • Collaborating with Legal and Finance departments
  • Supporting employees regarding contract updates and documentation
  • Updating HR documentation and internal policies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Full professional proficiency in Russian
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
  • Proven experience with international hiring
  • Experience managing B2B / contractor / international agreements
  • Understanding of employment vs contractor models
  • Experience with ATS and HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to legal and documentation details
  • Based in Argentina
