About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensure maintenance work is completed to a high standard and within budget
- Ensure safe implementation of maintenance procedures
- Delegate facility inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
