About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Analyze cost drivers, manage budgets, explain variances, and deliver insights for decision-making
- Own corporate-level forecasts, budget support, and long-range planning cycles
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial results
- Build and maintain financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready materials and collaborate with various teams for data accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Corporate Finance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes and financial data structures
- Experience supporting FP&A Centers of Excellence or shared services models
- Advanced Excel skills; FP&A or BI tools experience preferred
