Key responsibilities & impact

Function as part of a team to meet production goals
Set up and monitor all manufacturing parameters for production
Review work schedule/order for shift and conduct safety check
Measure and gauge dispersion of material for product performance
Utilize overhead crane and other lifting/moving devices
Perform and record all in-process inspection/testing
Assure sufficient raw material base for production
Communicate with departments regarding product quality issues
Perform cycle counting for inventory accuracy
Participate in training of new employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years previous tower/coating experience
Proficient computer skills
Experience with inventory systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle
Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers
Basic mechanical aptitude
Forklift certification
Excellent mechanical aptitude
