About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for Industrial Hygiene activities in the USA and Europe
Ensure all Occupational Health related programs are implemented and managed
Conduct workplace monitoring to meet regulatory requirements
Conduct annual IH surveys at Rogers US and EU locations
Maintain relevant database systems
Participate in Safety/Health audits at manufacturing locations
Assess new materials for potential health threats
Develop and conduct training for site EHS engineers and factory employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a BS degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field
3-7 years’ experience in Industrial Hygiene or related field
Certification by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene may substitute required education and experience
Knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI and ACGIH standards
Professional written, verbal and electronic communication skills
Ability to operate various industrial hygiene monitoring equipment
Attention to detail and commitment to scientific principles
Comfortable providing training for groups of employees and mentorship of IH compliance programs to EHS professionals
