About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for the overall performance of the manufacturing site
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, scrap, uptime, and cycle time
- Own site operating budget and cost performance
- Champion quality systems and root cause analysis
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or other related field
- 6+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of safety systems, production management, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to develop teams, influence across functions, and drive results
- Demonstrated experience leading in a unionized manufacturing setting preferred
