About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversees manufacturing operations to ensure product quality and employee safety
  • Responsible for meeting company objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Improving operational efficiencies
  • Building a culture of safety and driving to eliminate injuries
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts in yield, scrap, productivity, on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory
  • Managing and leveraging capabilities and capacities between the manufacturing sites to gain efficiencies in productivity, quality and transportation
  • Implementing systems to ensure consistency between sites and sharing of best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or other related field
  • May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 6+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
  • Experience in implementing new practices/policies to ensure improvement in manufacturing process
