Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees manufacturing operations to ensure product quality and employee safety
Responsible for meeting company objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction
Improving operational efficiencies
Building a culture of safety and driving to eliminate injuries
Leading continuous improvement efforts in yield, scrap, productivity, on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory
Managing and leveraging capabilities and capacities between the manufacturing sites to gain efficiencies in productivity, quality and transportation
Implementing systems to ensure consistency between sites and sharing of best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or other related field
May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
6+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
Experience in implementing new practices/policies to ensure improvement in manufacturing process
