About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the technology landscape that underpins our core financial processes
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across financial systems
  • Document business processes, data flows, system configurations, and user procedures
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved system utilization
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions to support decision-making across the organization
  • Support and enhance financial reporting, planning and consolidations processes/systems
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support activities, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, master data quality, and reporting standardization
  • Support training, change management, and adoption of standard Finance/Accounting processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SAC-P (planning models, data actions, stories)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting (configuration / data collection / translation / elimination / reporting)
  • Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes and financial data structures
  • Experience supporting FP&A Centers of Excellence or shared services models
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
