Financial Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial systems
- Document business processes, data flows, system configurations, and user procedures
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and reporting standardization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems
- Hands-on experience with: SAP SAC-P, SAP Group Reporting, Power BI
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
