About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance customer satisfaction through managing customer complaints
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality objectives are met
- Assist in accuracy of defect detection and product/process correction
- Lead development, implementation, and verification of product/process related to quality requirements
- Conduct studies to identify problems and provide solutions
- Analyze defective products/processes to determine root cause
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
- Experience with quality systems standards
- Familiar with statistical software and/or other quality tools
