About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to analyze cost drivers
- Manage budgets, explain variances, and deliver insights
- Own corporate-level forecasts, outlooks, and key financial assumptions
- Support annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning cycles
- Monitor forecast accuracy and financial risks
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for business cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Corporate Finance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes
- Advanced Excel skills; FP&A or BI tools experience preferred
