About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and operated efficiently
- Responsible for commissioning, installation, and developing standards/training for new equipment
- Oversees contractors to ensure safety and accuracy of work
- Coordinates the identification and procurement of new equipment
- Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment
- Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing and/or operations equipment
