About the role
- Drive revenue and margin within assigned territories
- Establish strategies, objectives, and sales plans for key accounts/OEMs
- Provide timely market and competitive intelligence
- Define sales plans for significant growth
- Meet/exceed key metrics for revenue and market share
- Generate unique value for key target companies
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure lead generation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in direct technical sales
- Proven track record of increasing sales
- Experience working with complex global accounts
- Customer relationship management and demand planning tools
- Fluent in English; Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Up to 50% travel required.
