About the role
- Enhance customer satisfaction through managing customer complaints
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality objectives are met
- Assist in the accuracy of defect detection and correction/improvement of products and processes
- Lead development, implementation, and verification of product and processes related to quality requirements
- Conduct studies to identify problems and provide solutions/recommendations
- Analyze defective product/process to determine root cause and provide corrective/preventive actions
- Implement solutions to improve yield
- Perform internal and external audits on product/processes for compliance
- Review and approve quality documentation
- Interact with departments, suppliers, and customers to drive improvement activities
- Lead quality and customer complaint root cause investigations
- Support qualification of new products, processes, and equipment through data analysis
- Support maintenance of the quality systems standard
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
- Experience with quality systems standards
- Familiar with statistical software and/or other quality tools
