About the role
- Responsible for project development and execution by ensuring process and project engineering design requirements meet technical requirements
- May lead small- to medium-scale projects in support of new product development, capacity expansion, and process improvement
- Assist with defining strategies and developing and executing plans for assigned programs and projects
- Work with customers to resolve difficult technical/quality issues
- Assist with scale-up efforts for new processes and/or products, and lead optimization efforts for existing processes and/or products
- Coordinate and manage capital projects from planning through completion
- Lead process improvement and capital equipment project teams
- Review and sign off on technical drawing packages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years relevant project management experience and relevant product and process development engineering experience
- Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools
