About the role
- Oversees the reliability and efficiency of machinery and facility equipment
- Develops proactive maintenance strategies
- Leads technical troubleshooting
- Manages repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensures regulatory compliance
- Supervises contractors to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinates the identification and procurement of new equipment
- Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment
- Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs
- Collaborates with cross functional teams for process improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing and operations equipment
- Project management/PMP certification highly preferred
- Change Management experience
- Equipment design and rebuild experience
- Solidworks/Autocad
- CapEx Management experience
