About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand and challenge assumptions.
- Observe clients during their operations.
- No workshops where the client describes their "theoretical" needs.
- Meetings come afterwards: to validate your diagnosis and uncover blind spots in your analysis.
- Ask the questions nobody has asked yet.
- Translate the ambiguity in the client's mind into a clear problem, then into a simple solution.
- Design: map how data flows between systems, and why.
- Produce clear specifications that both the technical team and the client understand.
- Anticipate possible scenarios and edge cases.
- Improve our internal tooling.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Early career (approximately 2 to 6 years of experience).
- A rigorous, quantitative degree (e.g., engineering from EPFL/ETH, a grande école, business informatics, or a similarly analytical background).
- Entrepreneurial experience (Junior-Enterprise, personal tech project) is a major plus.
- You build things hands-on with confidence: calling an API, transforming data, assembling a workflow.
- Not quick-and-dirty hacks that barely work. You don't need to be a full-time developer, but solutions should be robust.
- Language is not the point — logic is.
- Fluent French and English. German is a strong advantage — some of our paying partners are German-speaking (Alemannic).
Benefits
Comp & perks- Direct access to the founders: you work daily with the CPO and the CEO.
