About the role

  • Understand the situation and challenge assumptions.
  • Observe customers while they carry out their operations.
  • Avoid workshops where the client only describes their "theoretical" needs.
  • Meetings come afterward: to validate your diagnosis and identify blind spots in your analysis.
  • Ask the questions no one has asked yet.
  • Why does this process exist?
  • Do we really need it?
  • The best solution is often the one you remove.
  • Translate the fuzziness in customers' minds into a clear problem.
  • Then translate that problem into a simple solution.
  • Design: map how data flows between systems and why those flows exist.
  • Produce clear specifications that both the technical team and the client understand.
  • Anticipate possible scenarios and determine which ones deserve coverage and which are not worth the added complexity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering (EPFL, ETH, Grandes Écoles...), business informatics, or a similarly highly analytical background.
  • Entrepreneurial experience (e.g., Junior-Enterprise, personal tech project) is a major plus.
  • Early-career (0–3 years) with an outsized impact relative to your level of experience.
  • Ability to code or script (the specific language is secondary; logical thinking is key).
  • Fluent in French and English.
Benefits
  • Direct access to the founders: you will work with the CPO and CEO on a daily basis.
  • Career accelerator, not a temporary role.
  • Real autonomy: you’ll be given a scope of responsibility and trusted to deliver.
  • Accelerated learning: within the first year you'll lead complex integrations and advise company leaders.
  • Immediate impact: your decisions will directly influence customer satisfaction and company growth.
  • Free rein on tools: AI subscriptions, software, equipment—if it makes you more effective, it’s approved.
  • Flexible remote work: 1 day per week in Geneva, the rest wherever you choose.
