About the role
- As a GTM Engineer you are the technical backbone of our go-to-market: you build systems, automations, and data flows that make Sales & Marketing faster, cleaner and scalable.
- GTM Systems Architecture: You analyze our entire revenue funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Close) and build a robust system landscape including ownership, field logic and process gates in HubSpot (or similar).
- Lifecycle & Funnel Automation: You implement automations for routing, enrichment, sequences, follow-ups, reminders, deal stages, tasks, SLAs, and nurture tracks.
- AI in GTM Processes: You integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude) for use cases like lead scoring, meeting prep, call summaries, email drafts, persona/ICP insights, objection handling, content repackaging, and research — with clear guardrails, quality checks and logging.
- Tooling & Data Connectivity: You connect our tools (CRM, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, calendars, forms, enrichment tools, etc.) via webhooks/APIs so data flows automatically and GTM processes run “always-on.”
- Tracking, Attribution & Reporting: You ensure we have reliable funnel data: clean source logic, campaign/UTM standards, lead and deal attribution, and dashboards for pipeline, conversion, CAC/payback signals (depending on maturity).
- Experimentation Engine: You build infrastructure that enables rapid testing of growth experiments (messaging, channels, targeting, sequencing) — including measurability, documentation and learnings.
- Enablement & Documentation: You document systems, create playbooks and train Sales/Marketing so processes remain stable even without you.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience: e.g., as a GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Sales Ops/Marketing Ops with a strong technical focus, or a comparable role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- CRM autonomy: very proficient in HubSpot (or Salesforce/similar), including pipelines, properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing, and basic reporting.
- Automation & API knowledge: familiar with webhooks, APIs, auth (OAuth/keys), data models, and able to connect tools reliably.
- AI understanding: you know how to embed LLMs productively into workflows (prompting, output checks, determinism strategies, failover, monitoring) — not a novelty, but operational output.
- Product/System mindset: you build scalable systems with error handling, clear standards and maintainability (no fragile one-offs).
- Languages: very good German and English (contextual understanding of German-speaking dental practices is central).
Benefits
- Direct impact: you build the revenue infrastructure that supports our growth — and see directly how your systems move pipeline and revenue.
- Close collaboration with the CEO & leadership in a fast-growing healthtech startup with strong investors.
- Attractive compensation package (base + optional performance-based component, depending on setup).
- Modern office location in Berlin-Mitte; hybrid work possible.
- Regular team events, shared learning, and lots of room for ownership.
- Urban Sports Club membership.
