Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and grow the temporary staffing/sales division, driving revenue and market expansion
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client acquisition and account growth
Build, coach, and manage a team of recruiters and/or sales professionals
Oversee full-cycle client delivery and ensure quality placements

Requirements
