Funding Specialist – Senior Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identification and analysis of suitable funding programs in the tech, hardware & software, and startup sectors
- Advising and supporting our clients in successfully securing funding
- Structuring and managing grant applications throughout the entire process
- Close collaboration with founders, technology companies, and investors
- Preparation of project descriptions, business cases, and funding concepts
- Acting as a liaison with funding agencies, public authorities, and project sponsors
- Building and maintaining a network within the funding and innovation ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of the funding landscape in Germany, the DACH region and/or the EU, ideally within the tech or startup environment
- Experience in preparing and managing grant applications and funded projects
- Understanding of business models in hardware, software and innovation-focused companies
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients, authorities and partners
- High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English language skills
