About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identification and analysis of suitable funding programs in the tech, hardware & software, and startup sectors
Advising and supporting our clients in successfully securing funding
Structuring and managing grant applications across the entire process
Close collaboration with founders, technology companies and investors
Preparation of project descriptions, business cases and funding concepts
Acting as an interface with funding institutions, public authorities and project sponsors/funding agencies
Building and maintaining a network within the funding and innovation ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Solid knowledge of the funding landscape in Germany, the DACH region and/or the EU, ideally within the tech or startup environment
Experience in preparing and supporting grant-funded projects
Understanding of business models in hardware, software and innovation areas
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communication skills when interacting with clients, authorities and partners
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
Very good German and English language skills
