Account Manager

• The Strategic Account Manager will manage, develop and grow the assigned territory within the Region America Automotive segment.
• This role manages assigned OEMs, strategic customers, markets, applications, identified/relevant tiers and identified global key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Maintains/builds relationships.
• This role manages and insures proper handling of customer complaints and activities.
• It will support defining account strategies, tactical plans, targets/deliverables, implement and insure attainment of business objectives.
• This role will additionally lead support team through the execution of the account strategy and resolution of challenges encountered.
• You will interact with and update regional and global automotive teams as well as support functions on progress, challenges and evolving business environment, while insuring timely completion of deliverables.
