About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and retain a portfolio of clients;

- Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
- Identify and lead large-scale operations;
- Reinforce the brand's image in institutional contacts;
- Availability for frequent travel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: University degree completed
- Skills: Proactive and eager to grow professionally
- Required knowledge: Microsoft Office, Power BI
- Preferred knowledge: AI (artificial intelligence) and consortium systems
