About the role

  • Prospect new Sales Representatives (B2B, B2C and B2B2C);
  • Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives;
  • Manage and retain the client portfolio;
  • Plan commercial activities, monitor results and achieve targets;
  • Support the daily commercial activities of your network;
  • Build relationships with and continuously train the associated network;
  • Lead the associated sales network;
  • Lead commercial operations;
  • Provide commercial support to the associated network;
  • Frequently visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio;
  • Motivate the associated network to deliver results;
  • Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Identify and manage large-scale operations;
  • Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts;
  • Be available for frequent travel.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel proficiency; negotiation techniques.
  • Skills and competencies: Good verbal and written communication; proactivity; teamwork; commercial management; confidence in public speaking; ability to prospect and develop new partners.
  • Additional requirements: Own vehicle and availability to travel.
  • Advantage: Experience in external sales in the consórcio (consortium financing) market.
