About the role

  • Prospect new Sales Representatives;
  • Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives;
  • Administer and retain a client portfolio;
  • Plan commercial activities, monitor results and achieve targets;
  • Support the commercial routines of your network;
  • Maintain relationships with and continuously train the associated network;
  • Lead and coordinate the associated commercial network;
  • Manage commercial operations;
  • Provide commercial support to the associated network;
  • Visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio;
  • Motivate the associated network to deliver results;
  • Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Identify and manage large-scale operations;
  • Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts;
  • Be available for travel.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed
  • Skills:
  • Prospecting and recruitment of Sales Representatives and clients;
  • Client portfolio management and retention;
  • Negotiation and closing of sales;
  • Planning and execution of commercial strategies;
  • Monitoring targets and performance indicators;
  • Interpersonal skills and effective communication;
  • Ability to train and develop Sales Representatives/teams;
  • Organization and time management;
  • Autonomy and proactivity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Availability for travel and business trips;
  • Experience in the consórcio (financial consortium) market or external sales (a plus);
  • Leadership;
  • Results management;
  • Proactivity;
  • Teamwork and efficient commercial management.
  • Differential knowledge: PCA-10;
  • Strong command of CRM and digital prospecting and networking tools consolidated in the consórcio and/or financial segment.
