About the role

  • Prospect new Commercial Representatives in B2B, B2C and B2B2C channels;
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial Representatives;
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of clients;
  • Plan commercial actions, monitor results and achieve targets;
  • Support the commercial routine of your network;
  • Continuously engage and train the linked network;
  • Lead the linked commercial network;
  • Conduct commercial operations;
  • Provide commercial support to the linked network;
  • Frequently visit Commercial Representatives in your portfolio;
  • Motivate the linked network to deliver results;
  • Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Seek and lead large-scale operations;
  • Reinforce the brand image in institutional contacts;
  • Be available for frequent travel.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Skills: Prospecting and recruiting Commercial Representatives and clients; Account management and client retention; Negotiation and closing sales; Planning and executing commercial strategies; Monitoring targets and performance indicators; Interpersonal skills and effective communication; Ability to train and develop Commercial Representatives/teams; Organization and time management; Autonomy and proactivity; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Availability for travel and business trips; Experience in the consórcio market (preferred) or field sales; Leadership; Results management; Proactivity; Teamwork and efficient commercial management.
  • Preferred knowledge: PCA-10; Strong command of CRM and digital prospecting and networking tools consolidated in the Consórcio and/or Financial segment.
