The Business Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for business growth through selling a Managed Safety Footwear and Wellness Program.
Achieve set sales goals and objectives.
Understand marketplace trends relative to the footwear and wellness industry to make decisions and recommendations based upon customer needs.
Utilize social media specifically LinkedIn to promote CustomFit and to grow and maintain customer relationships.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of product lines and services.
Exercise independent judgement to introduce new products and services to established customers.
Analyze customer business operations and data for future planning and growth opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or two (2) years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate level experience scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
The ability to travel 10% of the time and overnight to events or trade shows.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Superior verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Advanced level of organizational and multitasking skills
PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel and MS Dynamic CRM, and Google Drive.
Ability to process information quickly and take proactive action.
Fluent in Spanish required
Candidate must be in Pacific Standard Time.
