About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Brand Marketing Partner closely with distributor partners across Europe to refine and execute annual marketing strategies.
Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing seasonal photoshoots.
Work with internal creative team and third-party agencies to develop brand work.
Proactively seek, develop and identify brand ambassadors across Europe.
Report and analyze campaign results with metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness.
Support the development and execution of a consumer acquisition strategy.
Feed into the development and maintenance of brand sponsorship programs across Europe.
Support the GTM process and coordinate the marketing tool kit.
Maintain a comprehensive range of regional marketing assets.
Support sales and marketing teams with new product introductions.
Work alongside Marketing Manager and European PR agencies to deliver brand communication strategies.
Execute monthly influencer marketing campaigns.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of events across Europe.
Assist Marketing Manager with day-to-day operations and tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Preference in Marketing/Analytics/Business Management/Communications) or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills required.
Effective and action-oriented collaboration skills with external distributors required.
Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.
Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives and campaigns.
Strong ability to multi-task and priorities projects.
Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to travel for 20% of working week (international will be required)
Detail oriented and possess a passion for winning.
Experience in and passion for working in the footwear industry is preferable.
Knowledge of the agricultural, gardening, hunt and/or outdoor markets preferred but not required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce.
Knowledge of German, Swedish, Norwegian or another European language preferred but not required.
