About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take a strategic approach to increasing market share of the ROCKWOOL brand through residential product applications.
- Provide sales guidance to the Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Territory Sales Managers.
- Identify key markets and trends to deliver clear strategies that grow business.
- Expand stakeholder engagement by developing direct relationships with residential builders, insulation contractors, end users and distributors.
- Prioritize and drive sales results within specified market segments.
- Collaborate with regional teams on key strategic plans and programs to increase market share.
- Deliver value to key stakeholders with customer service, technical information and installation assistance.
- Conduct trainings, both in person and virtually, to increase knowledge of key stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the building material/construction industry working in the residential market, preferred.
- Strong background in sustainable solutions and residential energy efficient design.
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentations).
- Highly skilled proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
