About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take a strategic approach to increasing market share of the ROCKWOOL brand through residential product applications.
  • Provide sales guidance to the Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Identify key markets and trends to deliver clear strategies that grow business.
  • Expand stakeholder engagement by developing direct relationships with residential builders, insulation contractors, end users and distributors.
  • Prioritize and drive sales results within specified market segments.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on key strategic plans and programs to increase market share.
  • Deliver value to key stakeholders with customer service, technical information and installation assistance.
  • Conduct trainings, both in person and virtually, to increase knowledge of key stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the building material/construction industry working in the residential market, preferred.
  • Strong background in sustainable solutions and residential energy efficient design.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentations).
  • Highly skilled proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
