About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Influence a high-performing sales team and play a key role in translating data into national growth strategies, driving market expansion, and enhancing the customer experience through actionable insights.
- Develop and execute a national business plan aligned with national sales strategy and organizational objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategies and optimize LBM Channel performance.
- Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, to analyze performance, track KPIs, and drive decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key LBM Channel customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify and champion opportunities to digitize sales processes and enhance data utilization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience within the LBM Channel, preferably in a multi-region, B2B environment.
- Strong relationships and expertise in the building materials sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans using data and analytics.
- Demonstrated success working through change and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and BI tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
