About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions with a focus on AI-powered automation
Develop customizations, reports, and extensions within IFS Cloud
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools
Build BPAs, flows, custom pages, fields, menus, lobbies, events, and configurations
Create and maintain technical documentation, logs, and solution designs
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing
Collaborate with IT, business analysts, operational leaders, and other cross-functional teams
Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards across ERP development work
Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts, and data migration activities
Provide training or guidance to internal teams
Support day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement across the ERP platform
Report to the ERP Manager and work closely with the IFS Product Owner, project implementation team, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
Hands-on experience developing within IFS Cloud using IFS-provided developer tools
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the MuleSoft Anypoint platform
Proficiency with Visual Studio and web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and XML
Understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, or part management
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively
5+ years of development experience in IFS ERP
IFS certification or module-specific training preferred
Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations preferred
Integration experience with other enterprise systems or cloud platforms preferred
Report development using IFS Business Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI preferred
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint Online preferred
Familiarity with complete SDLC processes preferred
