About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and manage Lifecycle Services delivery processes related to Procurement and Manufacturing
Act as process owner for delivery-related Procurement and Manufacturing aspects used in LCS project, contract, and transactional engagements
Continuously improve and streamline processes, and advise on enhancements or change requests
Liaise between LCS Delivery Teams and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
Coordinate with LCS Delivery Excellence roles across regional organizations
Participate in or lead transformation initiatives involving new processes and technologies, including AI-enabled use cases
Understand, document, and maintain LCS business process documents and workflows
Coordinate with LCS and ISC partners to define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
Represent LCS on the ISC-led shift of Rockwell Automation manufacturing plants from IFS 7.5
Participate as a stakeholder team member on Project Hive, implementing IFS Cloud for LCS
Partner with the Project Hive Procurement Processes workstream to improve IFS Cloud and SAP-ECC integration and replace the PnP SharePoint site with IFS Cloud workflows
Participate in enterprise technology discussions and future-state planning with IT, Enterprise Architecture, ISC, and other stakeholders
Represent LCS delivery team needs and communicate relevant information to LCS stakeholders
Report to the Director, Lifecycle Services Business Processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or a related Technology/Supply Chain area
Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically or internationally, as needed during project deployments
12+ years of related experience in similar roles
Experience leading or overseeing manufacturing operations
Experience defining business strategies and overseeing P&L relating to manufacturing and quality
Experience mapping and creating order-to-cash workflows related to procurement and manufacturing activities
Experience identifying procurement and manufacturing improvements and improving production efficiencies
Experience with direct and indirect product/services procurement used for customer-facing project delivery engagements
Understanding of Project Managers' business needs and Materials Management data, use cases, and outcomes
Understanding of industry best practices related to Materials Management in project delivery
Understanding of Materials Management for Rockwell Automation solution projects using IFS
Understanding of Materials Management for Rockwell Automation services projects, contracts, and transactions using SAP/IFS and QuickBase
Demonstrated tactical and strategic thinking
Combination of business, technical, and financial acumen
Ability to innovate and take initiative with minimal direction
Detail-oriented with planning and time-management skills
Ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate across groups and global time zones
Ability to document business processes, including process flows
