About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse and understand existing Power Platform solutions and architecture
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure SQL Server
Translate cross-functional requirements into scalable Power Platform applications
Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and source code documentation
Lead software design, debugging, testing, and deployment processes
Build custom solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Microsoft 365 services
Collaborate with globally distributed teams, including product managers, process owners, and team members
Promote and enforce best practices in software engineering and Power Platform development
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and customer-reported problems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline, with concentration in software
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in enterprise environments
3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Lists and SQL Server as data sources for Power Platform solutions
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies, such as PL-400 or PL-600
Proficiency in Power BI development using SharePoint and SQL Server data
3+ years of experience in relational database design and data migration using scripts or ETL tools
Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS) and its integration with Power Platform
Ability to design and implement complex Power Automate flows
Knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTML
Experience with API integration in Power Apps or Power BI is desirable
Exposure to SharePoint development, including Lists, Hub Sites, and Document Libraries, is advantageous
Preferred professional experience: 5+ years
Relevant experience considered for the job profile: 3+ years
