Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse and understand existing Power Platform solutions and architecture
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure SQL Server
- Translate cross-functional requirements into scalable Power Platform applications
- Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and source code documentation
- Lead software design, debugging, testing, and deployment processes
- Build custom solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams, including product managers, process owners, and team members
- Promote and enforce best practices in software engineering and Power Platform development
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and customer-reported problems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline, with concentration in software
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in enterprise environments
- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions
- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Lists and SQL Server as data sources for Power Platform solutions
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies, such as PL-400 or PL-600
- Proficiency in Power BI development using SharePoint and SQL Server data
- 3+ years of experience in relational database design and data migration using scripts or ETL tools
- Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS) and its integration with Power Platform
- Ability to design and implement complex Power Automate flows
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTML
- Experience with API integration in Power Apps or Power BI is desirable
- Exposure to SharePoint development, including Lists, Hub Sites, and Document Libraries, is advantageous
- Preferred professional experience: 5+ years
- Relevant experience considered for the job profile: 3+ years
