Manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Change Management, Release Management, and Problem Management processes within the IT organization.
Ensure minimal disruption to IT services while allowing rapid delivery of changes and releases.
Organize and lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating regarding proposed changes.
Manage the CMO (Change Management Office) to meet policies.
Develop the Change Management processes.
Oversee the lifecycle of all changes, ensuring risk assessment, impact analysis, and documentation.
Monitor change success rates, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve the effectiveness of the Change Management process.
Develop the Problem Management process, focusing on identifying the causes of IT incidents.
Coordinate problem investigations, collaborating with technical teams to identify and document causes.
Track problem resolutions, ensuring closure and preventing recurrence of incidents.
Identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.
Monitor problem success and insights to improve the effectiveness of the Problem Management process.
Requirements
Engineering degree or related experience
Experience in Change, Release, and Problem Management
Understanding of ITIL (certification)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe and Scrum)
Open to new technologies and process improvements
