Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance and support to project managers in resolving complex project challenges.
Administer company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
Champion employee engagement and professional development initiatives.
Provide management to professional individual contributors and experienced support individual contributors.
Acts as advisor to team and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in Program and People Management.
2+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity SAFe Framework / Agile Experience
PMP Certification
