About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise supply‑chain risk identification and readiness by assessing demand, supply, capacity, and execution constraints
- Translate risk insights into mitigation strategies
- Establish early‑warning indicators, and maintain enterprise risk visibility
- Coordinate cross‑functionally to develop and execute readiness plans
- Guide scenario planning and mitigation execution
- Track readiness and performance metrics
- Communicate risks and trade‑offs to leadership to ensure business continuity and operational performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- The ability to travel 10% of the time
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organization
- Experience supporting regional or global supply‑chain networks across APAC, EMEA, and/or the Americas
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems, ERP planning tools, or analytics platforms
- Experience presenting supply‑chain risks, trade‑offs, and opportunities to senior or executive leadership
- Prior involvement in materials optimization, inventory strategy, or service risk mitigation initiatives
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
