Product Owner – Lifecycle Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Lifecycle Services Configure-to-Quote deployment roadmap and feature development across the full lifecycle, delivering incremental value through Agile methodologies
- Be the product owner and important liaison between LCS (Portfolio and commercial teams) and Configure to Quote (C2Q) technology teams.
- Establish governance for intake, backlog management, estimating, road mapping, visibility, and prioritization.
- Document our-state business processes, including workflows and process maps.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions by partnering with business and technology your team.
- Define user stories with IT to clarify system, architecture, and data requirements that support the global process.
- Partner with Success Enablement and Readiness teams to assess change impacts, including role changes, training needs, and communications for impacted team members.
- Support testing, validation, deployment, release planning, and issue resolution.
- Define and track important metrics for adoption, accuracy, and performance while supporting migration from current-state tools to future-state solutions.
- Improve prioritization decisions based on Value, growth, and customer experience outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant business experience, within a service business or related industry
- Exposure to Lifecycle Services (LCS) business models and processes
- Experience with product configuration, quoting, proposal management, pricing products, and pricing systems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, RA Advisor, Service Proposal Tool, SAP CRM/ECC, Power BI
- Working knowledge of CPQ, quote-to-cash, order management, SaaS enablement, subscription lifecycle models, and renewals management
- Experience with process mapping, business process improvement, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
- Experience translating needs into IT and system-driven solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Miro
- Track record in product ownership, project management, business systems analysis, or business/process transformation.
