About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced functional and technical support for the FactoryTalk Information Software suite with emphasis on Life Sciences MES (e.g., PharmaSuite).
- Diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, infrastructure, and performance issues.
- Support customer environments through phone, screen sharing, and email interactions with L3 support teams.
- Analyze system behavior across MES, ERP, databases, servers, and network layers.
- Create and publish high‑quality knowledge base articles, blogs, videos, and reference content for customers and internal teams.
- Partner with cross‑functional engineering, product, and support organizations to drive timely issue resolution.
- Deliver technical presentations to internal and external audiences as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (other disciplines considered based on relevance).
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, implementing, or designing industrial process and/or automation systems.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation software platforms including FactoryTalk ProductionCentre, PharmaSuite, CPG, FactoryTalk Analytics, and Modular Framework.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences manufacturing and associated MES/ERP tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without present or future sponsorship.
