About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the data management and quantitative analyses of sourcing activities within the Strategic Sourcing Organization (SSO).
Include themselves in the strategic sourcing process as they will require working on complex problems that create analytical tools, data recommendations/solutions to problems.
Experience using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform to create new tools/solutions.
Develop, document, and deliver repeatable processes to meet partner requirements.
Manage multiple priorities to meet reporting/project timelines.
Written and verbal communication with partners at all levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
5 years experience integrating large datasets using Power Query, Power BI, MS Access, SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), or similar tools.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience creating or updating tools/processes and supporting organizational change management.
ERP/MRP knowledge — SAP experience.
Understanding of supply chain models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts.
Experience partnering with engineering, quality, marketing, and other teams.
