About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project management execution within strategic plans that support growth, productivity, capacity and globalization of our manufacturing capability.
  • Lead projects of varying size and scope simultaneously with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Business Unit and Finance counterparts to execute plans and schedules following business cases.
  • Execute material transfer deliverables within manufacturing footprint initiatives (product line moves, factory expansions and startups, insource/outsource) and merger and acquisition integration into manufacturing.
  • Develop and execute PFEP (plan for every part) strategy for manufacturing transfer projects including identifying material scope, cleansing source site data, configuration and data setup at receiving site, and coordination of material transitions to support pilot and production requirements.
  • Lead discussions with the Master Scheduler/Finished Goods Planner and plant Production Control Analysts to review inventory planning parameters required to launch a product and maintain its supply chain health during initial production ramp-up.
  • Coordinate the material requirements and inventory plans to support all pilot build and acceleration into steady state operations, ensuring material availability for all pilots to support the production transfer timeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • CPIM, CIRM, CPP, APICS certification or equivalent preferred
  • 8+ years experience in manufacturing operations or engineering with project management experience
  • Experience in Production and Inventory Control, Operations, or Purchasing
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
  • Demonstrated high proficiency of computer skills including working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP
  • Experience in material control/production planning environment
  • Possess a well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials planning and logistics.
