About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead commercial operations for Market Access teams, driving adoption of global capabilities across regions while balancing the need for standardization with regional flexibility.
  • Enable effective planning, execution, and performance visibility by establishing consistent operating models that improve efficiency and support growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Commercial Operations Centers of Excellence, to deliver standardized tools, capabilities, and insights.
  • Support Market Access growth across distributors, system integrators, and machine builders.
  • Report to Global Commercial Operations Manager, Global Industry & Global Market Access.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business acumen preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or a related strategic role; experience in market access or partner operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales channels (distributors, system integrators, OEMs/machine builders).
  • Proven ability to balance strategic intent with operational execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with change management frameworks and driving adoption across global teams.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a track record of working effectively across matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Anaplan, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) or continuous improvement experience is a strong advantage
