Proposal Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure seamless coordination between the Regional Proposal Team and the GEBS Engineering Delivery Team
- Develop accurate, aligned, and executable engineering proposals
- Lead Sub‑Regional/GEBS Scope Agreement process for every assigned proposal
- Provide formal sign‑off on scope and estimations
- Ensure complete scope clarity between Region and GEBS teams
- Review and validate GEBS Engineering Delivery Team’s estimation
- Prevent duplicate scoping or estimation
- Act as a technical auditor for high value proposals
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting of upcoming proposals
- Maintain a rolling forecast
- Act as the primary bridge between Proposal, GEBS‑Proposal, and GEBS‑Engineering teams
- Ensure adherence to global proposal standards, workflows, and governance models, and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or related)
- 10 years and above experience in Proposal Engineering, Cost Estimation, Project Engineering, or Technical Coordination roles.
- Experience working with global engineering support teams (GEBS or similar shared services model) preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering estimation and project scoping practices.
- Strong understanding of engineering estimation methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation, controls, or process systems engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering estimation tools.
