About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase revenue by achieving SDO sales targets across cybersecurity solutions, industrial infrastructure, virtualization, and managed services within assigned territories
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, including opportunity development, negotiation, and closure with executive-level customer partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical experts, departments, and partners) to develop proposals, including scope, costing, and contract requirements
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts, leveraging CRM tools and structured sales processes
  • Develop strategic account plans while providing market insights, competitive analysis, and contributing to long-term growth strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 8 years of consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or industrial digital/automation solutions
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead complex sales pursuits
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, automation, or engineering services
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the assigned region (DACH, Poland, Czech Republic)
